Terms of business
All services will be outlined in a written proposal which is valid for 28 days.
All clients must sign the full Terms of Business and pay an agreed deposit work commences.
Any work outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.
Access will be required to information, graphics, social media accounts, CRM, web management system, and other sites deemed necessary, to carry out the agreed services.
Any retainer packages for media and digital marketing activity is invoiced on the first of every month.
Late payments: If an invoice is not paid within 7 days after the due date, there will be a charge of 5% interest of the outstanding amount for every 1 day(s) delay. Failure to pay within 28 days will suspend all media and digital marketing work and escalate any outstanding fees to a debt reclaim agency.

All information shared between the client and Red Rose Media & Marketing will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
All intellectual property rights in the work produced under these Terms remain the property of Penny Gibbs at Red Rose Media & Marketing. The client is granted a license to use the deliverables solely for their internal business purposes. The client may not distribute, sell or share the deliverables with third parties without consent.
Service rates are reviewed quarterly. Retainer clients will be notified in writing of any rate changes at least 30 days in advance.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 28 days' written notice. In such cases, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Red Rose Media & Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
